Director of Finance and Operations

Contract: 35 hours a week, all year round

Salary: Circa £65 – £75K

Accountable to: The CEO of the Trust

Closing date: Monday 19th May 2025 at 9:00 am

We are looking to appoint a hardworking and suitably qualified professional to join our team in supporting the Trust to achieve its long-term strategic plan.


The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated with

proven skills and experience in financial management and a strong commitment to

teamwork. They will have a proven ability to manage a diverse range of school support

services, including administration, catering, site and facilities, lettings and health and

safety.


The Director of Finance and Operations will:

  • Lead the further development of specified areas of innovation across the Trust.
  • Play a key role in strategic leadership - contributing to leadership, management, development and governance across the Trust.
  • Work in partnership with the CEO , Finance Manager and Personnel and Premises Manager in ensuring that procedures and outcomes are robust and opportunities are maximised. 
  • Take overall responsibility for the management of facilities and finance.
